Clara: AI Skin analyser is a cosmetic wellness app that helps users track selfies, AI-generated glow scores, quests, and progress over time.

What we collect: Clara: AI Skin analyser may store your account email, profile details, onboarding answers, scan history, cosmetic skin scores, quest progress, and uploaded scan images when sync is enabled.

Face data and selfies: Clara: AI Skin analyser collects the selfie image you choose to capture or upload, including visible facial features in that image, only to provide cosmetic glow analysis, generate a glow score, show focus areas, and create personalized lifestyle recommendations and quests. The app does not use face data to identify you, authenticate you, build a face recognition profile, or train facial recognition systems.

AI processing permission: Before your first scan, the app asks permission to send your selfie, visible facial cues, and onboarding answers such as age, gender, skin type, concerns, water intake, and glow goal to our secure scan API. The scan API uses OpenAI to process the image and return cosmetic wellness insights.

Sharing and storage: Supabase stores your account, profile, onboarding answers, scan results, scan images, and quest records when sync is enabled. RevenueCat receives purchase and subscription status so premium access can be unlocked. We do not sell face data or share it for advertising.

Retention: Selfie images, scan results, and related face data are retained while your account is active or until you delete your account or request deletion. Deleting your account removes associated profile, scan, quest, and stored scan image records from our systems, subject to standard backup and legal retention requirements.

AI scan safety: These are AI-generated cosmetic suggestions, not medical advice. Clara is an AI glow coach, not a digital doctor. For irritation, pain, sudden changes, or medical concerns, consult a qualified professional.

You can sign out from the app and request account deletion from Profile. Account deletion removes the associated Supabase auth user and app records connected to that account.
